Seaweed chicken.

Grilled chicken breast filet with stir fry and grilled seaweed.A very pleasant meal with coconut milk and chestnuts. Add tomato puree to the coconut milk for more exciting flavor.


Butternut squash salad.

Butternut Squash and White Onion Salad.Ingredients : heritage butternut squash, white, red onions, roasted with a dash of treacle,served with flavored strawberries vinaigrette. Combine with black beans and avocado.

Eel.

Eel with red lentil - fried eel served with red lentil,  tomatoes and mouli salad dressed in olive oil and Worcester sauce.(hint).


Veal.

Slow Cooked Veal - served with crispy parsnip and crispy carrots. Particularly well prepared in the sage sauce.


International Cuisine.


Switzerland.

Fondue is a dish of melted cheese served in a communal pot caquelon. It was promoted as a Swiss national dish by the Swiss Cheese Union in 1930 .

England.

Beef Wellington.

Filet steak coated with  pate , which is then wrapped in puff pastry and baked .The origin of the name is unclear, with no definite connection to Arthur Wellesley , 1st Duke of Wellington .


Poland.

Pork of loin with prunes -  dish that is a bit different than we used to know about Polish cuisine . Simply wrapped dry prunes in pork of loin and roast .


Sweden.

Swedish blabarssoppa.

Is a Scandinavian soup made from blueberries , which can be served cold or hot.It is sweet and contains  starch, which gives it a fairly thick consistency.


Portugal.

Portuguese Caldo Verde - The basic traditional ingredients  are potatoes, kale , olive oil , salt .The soup is usually accompanied by slices of paio,chourico or linguica .


Nepal.

Nepali Momo made from Yak
Is a type of steamed bun with some form of filling. Momo has become a traditional delicacy in Nepal, Tibet and among Nepalese/Tibetan.
Yak -( Bos grunniens) is a long-haired domesticated bovid  found throughout the Himalaya region of southern Central Asia .

Australia.

Australian Kangaroo fillet & Mesclun Salad Stack - this dish is a stack of Mesclun salad garnished with thin strips of kangaroo tenderloin fillet which has been marinated in yoghurt and Tandoori marinade spices and pan-fried. The accompaniment is thin-cut, deep-fried parsnip. The stack is dressed with tomato vinaigrette dressing.


Brasil.

Feijoada has been described as a national dish of Brasil, especially of Rio de Janerio, as other parts of Brazil have other regional dishes. The Brazilian version of feijoada  is prepared with black beans a variety of salted pork or beef products, such as pork trimmings (ears, tail, feet),bacon, smoked pork ribs, and at least two types of smoked sausage and jerked beef (loin and tongue).


Israel.

Israeli Kibbeh, kibbe, kebbah -is a Levantine  dish made of bulgur  (cracked wheat), minced onions, and finely ground lean beef, lamb, goat, or camel meat with Middle Eastern spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, allspice).


France.

French Wild Boar -  also known as the wild swine or Eurasian wild pig, is a suid native to much of Eurasia, North Africa, and the Greater Sunda Islands.


Turkey.

Vegetarian Turkish Mover -  is a fritter, similar to a pancake, made from grated zucchini,courgette or potatoes, egg, onion, dill, cheese and flour. 


India.

Bombay Duck -  is a popular food item in certain areas of India. Fresh fish are usually fried and served as a starter.


Mexico.

Mexican Mole Poblano - moles come in various flavours and ingredients, with chili peppers and little chocolate as the common factor. However, the classic mole version is the variety called mole poblano, which is a dark red or brown sauce served over meat.


Belgium.

Belgian Asparagus, Flemish Style -typical variations on the basic Flemish Style recipe include the addition of smoked salmon, ham, hollandaise sauce, grey shrimp, poached eggs or, for the ultimate in luxury, truffle.


Canada.

Akutaq -  is a food in western Alaska and northern Canada .
Traditionally it was made with whipped fat mixed with berries like cranberries, salmonberries,cloudberries and blueberries, fish, tundra greens, or roots with animal oil or fat .

Iceland.

Hákarl - Kæstur hákarl is a national dish of Iceland consisting of a Greenland shark which has been cured with a particular fermentation process and hung to dry for four to five months.


Cuba.

Cuban a tres leches cake -  also known as  ("three milks bread"), is a sponge cake-in some recipes, a butter cake-soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk , condensed milk and heavy cream. 


Mongolia.

Mongolian horse meat - is popular with noodles . Meat can be found in many places cause is so natural to eat horse  in Mongolia .


Russia.

Millets are group of highly variable small-seeded grasses, widely grown around the world as cereal  crops or grains for fodder and human food.


South Africa.

Bobotie is a well-known dish consisting of spiced minced meat baked with an egg-based topping .


Peru.

Maca is mainly grown for the nutritional and health value of its root.In Peru, maca is prepared and consumed in various ways, although traditionally it is always cooked.


Saudi Arabia.

Kanafeh is cheese pastry soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup.The pastry is heated in butter, margarine, palm oil, or traditionally semneh  and then spread with soft white cheese.


Japan.

Yakizakana is typical Japanese dish ( grilled rockfish)with mushrooms , leeks and yuzu .


Uruguay.

Simply heart of palm sometimes rolled in ham slices and served with salsa golf.


Philippines.

Is a traditional Filipino breakfast. Might include pandesal (small bread rolls), kesong puti (white cheese), and meat or fish such as daing na bangus .
